How To Make Your Experience The Very Best (these are our Terms And Conditions)
We strive to provide the finest personalised Santa experience to homes in the Cork area.
Kindly, we do ask you to note some things before you choose to book a house visit with us. Also, we provide some hints and tips which will allow you and us to give the very best Christmas experience that any child could wish for.
BOOKINGS
Can only be made and confirmed by phone call to 353 87 233 6972 from 10:00hrs on Sunday 13th October 2024. All bookings are subject to availability, change without notice, and offered on a first come, first served, basis.
VISIT DURATION / COSTS
Santa will be attendance at your home for half an hour. Each visit costs €130. Payable as a €30 deposit upon booking (an invoice with bank account details will be provided) with the €100 balance due on the day of the visit.
CHILDREN IN ATTENDANCE
We especially make our visits to entertain up to six children.
We kindly ask that no more than six children are in attendance for the visit. Should there be more, please notify us in advance so we can arrange a longer visit which will incur a higher fee. This is so we can tailor the visit accordingly with equal time and attention for all children. Email us at [email protected]
CHILDREN'S INFORMATION
When you complete a booking, you are sent an automated email with a hyperlink to a questionnaire to complete so that we can gather information of the children in attendance. This information is only used for entertainment purposes during your visit and will not be stored physically or digitally once the visit is concluded.

ADULTS IN ATTENDANCE
We wish the visit to be memorable for all and we welcome as many adults to attend as possible. The more you can squeeze in, the better.
Santa will be asking for adults to join in the with carol singing and dancing though, and we love people to be dressed for the part - so get your Christmas jumpers ready.
PHOTOGRAPHY
You are welcome to take as many photographs on your own devices (camera, phone, tablets etc) and you are welcome to have these printed or uploaded / shared to the internet (facebook etc) as you wish. We will not be providing any photographic services for the visit. Of course, you can also video the visit.
Just remember, have the cameras ready and with plenty of battery charge left. We can't have Santa waiting whilst someone is sent out to get some more AAA batteries from the shop!
PRESENTS
We will NOT be providing any presents for the visit.
The overall spirit of this service is that this is a pre-Christmas visit for Santa to double check wish lists etc, with all presents still being delivered on Christmas Day (subject to naughty lists of course!). However, if you wish the children in to receive something during the visit, you are welcome to arrange this yourself and Santa will gladly take part in the fun process.
Please have any presents ready wrapped with name tags before the visit and Santa's elf will collect these from your upon their arrival.
HOUSE DECORATION
To totally engage the Christmas spirit, we do ask that the house is decorated with decorations and tree. This helps build the overall atmosphere and creates a terrific backdrop for photographs etc.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
In the case of illness or bad weather / road conditions meaning we are unable to attend the visit, we shall endeavour to give ample notice and will provide a 100% refund of fees collected if we are unable to agree a new date and time to visit.
