Our Plans For 2020 .....
Ho Ho Ho has been operating for 8 years now and each year has got bigger and better and this has all been through word of mouth and dedication to providing as professional a service as possible. There is nothing extraordinary in what we do except to celebrate Christmas in a traditional and family orientated way with the emphasis on getting the basics right and not bothering with gimmicks that distract from what should be a simple but fun experience.
Traditionally we used to do 8 or 9 calls a day over Christmas but this year, due to the new circumstances that we are living in, we have scaled this back to ONE call only. Our normal call over the years has been a thirty minute call with up to six children and as many adults as you want in the house, but this year we will be guided by whatever the Government restrictions are, which will probably mean only a single family in the house with everyone wearing Face Masks.
Again this year, due to the limited amount of calls that we will be doing, we will NOT be taking bookings on our usual website or via Facebook or traditional E-Mail. We will ONLY take bookings via phone : 087 233 6972.
We will open for bookings from Saturday 14th November at 10.00 am, and booking will be on a first come first served basis. Bookings will only be accepted on the understanding that you will fully comply with the Government restrictions and all other Terms & Conditions.
In previous years you were asked to pay the full amount in advance upon booking on our website, this year we will waive this. You will be kindly asked to pay a Deposit, with the balance settled on the day of the visit. The charge this year is €130.00 for a domestic visit lasting 30 minutes and for up to six children only. We will request a deposit of €30.00 and the balance of €100 as Santa is leaving your home.
We have changed it this year simply as we have no idea currently what the restrictions will be and whether we will be able to go ahead with the visit or not. Should a visit have to be cancelled due to changes in Government advice, we will process a full refund of all monies paid.

I fully understand that the restrictions might be too much for you this year but if you are going to book with us you need to know that we will obey the restrictions fully and will pull away or cut short any Santa Visit where we arrive to your home only to find that you are not keeping up your end of the deal. This is nothing personal (normally it is a case of the more the merrier!) but I have a responsibility to you, your family, to my other customers, my family and of course myself to not catch and in turn spread the Covid Virus. I hope you understand and are not offended by this.
Bookings are now open, I look forward to chatting with you and despite that it is going to be a different Christmas we will still try to make it a Ho Ho Ho Christmas.
